Introductory Classes Overview

All introductory classes are available based on the program and location. 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork and have any questions addressed.

Note:

• Intro to Muay Thai (offered at all locations) is a 30-minute session with an experienced coach. The class covers the fundamentals of Muay Thai, including:
  • Stance
  • Movement
  • Strikes (The Art of Eight Limbs)
• Bonus Offer: A complimentary 1-hour Fitness Kickboxing class is included with your Intro to Muay Thai trial.
