Our Muay Thai program consists of three stages:
LEARN TO PUNCH AND KICK LIKE A PRO WHILE GETTING IN AMAZING SHAPE. Perfect for those new to martial arts or looking for a fun and energetic workout. The Fitness Kickboxing class is the foundation and prerequisite for all of our Muay Thai classes. This is a one hour, high intensity, no contact workout that is fun and challenging for all ages, levels of experience, and degrees of fitness. This class combines elements of kickboxing with aerobic exercise for an intense calorie-burning experience. Our expert instructors will help you get in the best shape of your life by punching, elbowing, kicking, and kneeing a heavy bag. Our students train side-by-side with fighters who are preparing for upcoming fights in a high energy class.
In this class, you'll learn the core principles of Muay Thai, including stances, punches, kicks, and defensive techniques. Our experienced instructors will help you develop a strong foundation in the art. Our Muay Thai Fundamentals program introduces students to partner training with contact and builds on the basic mechanics that are taught in the Fitness Kickboxing classes. Students learn practical application of the basics by working with a partner and drilling techniques in our progressive system. Students will learn technique and the value of teamwork while developing agility, timing, and coordination. Light contact, partner-based pad work, and structured drills teach practical self-defense and fighting skills.
For those who have mastered the fundamentals , our competition team training class focuses on advanced techniques, strategy, and conditioning to prepare you for local, national and international competitions. Join in on technical and fun rounds with seasoned fighters to sharpen your skills.
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program creates a safe and inclusive learning environment for individuals from all backgrounds and skill levels to enjoy. Our program is designed to teach physical fitness, social awareness, confidence, discipline, and self-defense. We have a detailed program that prepares students for unavoidable violent confrontations in the streets. Our competition team program introduces and expands on creative grappling positions and techniques . We focus on conditioning, technique drilling, tournament specific techniques, and developing a competition mindset. Though we have selective training designed for competition minded students, it is a class that everyone can attend whether you aspire to compete or not.
