FITNESS KICKBOXING
LEARN TO PUNCH AND KICK LIKE A PRO WHILE GETTING IN AMAZING SHAPE.
The Fitness Kickboxing class is the foundation and prerequisite for all of our Muay Thai classes. This is a one hour, high intensity, no contact work out that is fun and challenging for all ages, levels of experience, and degrees of fitness. Our expert instructors will help you get in the best shape of your life by punching, elbowing, kicking, and kneeing a heavy bag. Our students train side-by-side with fighters who are preparing for upcoming fights in a high energy class.
This is a “no contact” or “bag only” class. Please take our introductory class before attending this class. Your complimentary trial includes both an introductory and Fitness Kickboxing class.
Required Gear:
14-16 oz boxing gloves and hand wraps (loaner gear is available for your first day)
MUAY THAI FUNDAMENTALS
Our Muay Thai Fundamentals class introduces students to partner training with contact to build on the basic mechanics taught in the Fitness Kickboxing class. Students learn practical application of the basics by working with a partner and drilling techniques in our progressive system. Students will learn technique and the value of teamwork while developing agility, timing, and coordination. Light contact, partner-based pad work, and structured drills teach practical self-defense and fighting skills.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA)
